View Park Prep Accelerated Charter School was founded in 1999. As ICEF's flagship charter school, VPPACS has been an instant high performer measured by local parent satisfaction and California state standardized tests. VPP Elementary has consistently ranked in the top 10 % of elementary schools statewide for education African American students. Recent highlights include a massive expansion which grew the student population from approximately 250 to 370 students. Thoughout its existence, VPP Elementary has mainatained an Academic Performance Index score above 800.
